I would love to try the Indian Monsoon. The low acidity coffees are very appealingly smooth and the description sounds yummy. The Ethiopia Yirgacheffe sounds good for the same reason. Is there a way to locate all the low-acid coffees on your site (or any other flavor note, for that matter?)

Another question: can you get me the Monin syrup ingredients? I even went to the Monin site and couldn't find ingredients listed anywhere. I try to avoid high-fructose corn syrup. I saw they carry an organic cane-syrup sweetened line. I don't want to go to the expense of that if their regular syrups are sugar and not corn syrup.

I follow you, too.
